Transparent pricing for startup advisory — fixed packages, hourly options, and what affects your quote.
Dogwood Path Advisory prices by engagement scope, not by subscription tier. Below are our current rates as of August 2026. All amounts are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Advisory packages

Hourly advisory
For questions that do not fit a package — a single structure decision, a lease clause review, or a one-off hiring question — we offer hourly sessions:
- $220 per hour (minimum one hour, billed in 30-minute increments thereafter)
- Video or in-person at our Perth office
- You receive brief written notes after the session
What affects your quote
Several factors can shift pricing:
- Complexity of structure. A sole trader opening a home-based consultancy is simpler than a two-founder company with external investors.
- Industry-specific permits. Food service, childcare, and health-related businesses often require additional research time.
- Urgency. Rush delivery (under five business days) incurs a 25% surcharge.
- Travel. Sessions outside the Perth metropolitan area are available; travel time is billed at half the hourly rate.
Deposits and payment
Package engagements require a 50% deposit to confirm scheduling. The balance is due before the final session. Hourly sessions are invoiced after each meeting, payable within 14 days.
We accept bank transfer and credit card. We do not process payments through this website — invoices are sent by email.
